“dBB was nothing short of excellent throughout the years leading up to construction start, all the way until completion and thereafter. Their collaborative approach with architects, designers, and subtrades is what truly differentiates them from the crowd. They repeatedly came to the table with effective solutions to any issue that may have arisen. More importantly though, Mike and his team would proactively suggest design or cost-effective alternatives for consideration throughout the life of the project that in hindsight, now living in our house for a year, was true game changer on how small suggestions have produced big benefits and flow for our family’s needs.”

This project was much more than a whole-home renovation. Our clients wanted a complete structural overhaul, including gutting the house entirely, underpinning the foundation, reframing the interior structure, and all new floor systems. The structural sequencing involved was challenging and fun for our in-house crew and trusted subtrades. The collaborative energy between the clients, their designer and our team made for an overwhelmingly positive experience all around and an end result to match. The warm, yet stylish finish selections, including gorgeous custom millwork in the living room, kitchen and primary bedroom, as well as a wood-burning fireplace create an environment that is at once modern and cozy.
